Job summary

DZYNE Technologies is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer, ISR for on-site work in Portland, OR. The role covers the full lifecycle of aircraft electrical systems, from circuit design to testing and integration.

The candidate will collaborate with Vehicle Technical Leads and Program Managers, with a focus on reliability, performance, and manufacturability in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Expertise in complex circuit board design and SI/PI analysis.
• Experience from concept to prototype hardware development and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Analog, Digital, or RF circuits.
• Proficient with test equipment and Altium CAD.
• Excellent problem solving and planning skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full PCB design cycle from requirements to layout and testing.
• Design, develop, integrate, and debug avionics/electronic systems/subsystems.
• Develop interconnect diagrams and wire harnesses for air vehicle systems.
• Support design updates driven by product improvements and obsolescence.
• Conduct peer-level and cross-discipline design reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product development and deployments.
• Mentor other engineers and promote best practices.
