Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Fort Worth is seeking a skilled Avionics/Electrical Tech IV to lead testing, troubleshooting and repair of avionics and aircraft systems. You will train personnel, install and verify electrical components per engineering specs, and ensure a defect-free system with strict safety and quality adherence.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required and six years in avionics/electrical field; or two years of accredited aviation electronics schooling with four years related experience.
A&P, FCC or NCATT certifications preferred.
Demonstrates leadership and technical expertise in testing, troubleshooting and repairing avionics systems and aircraft equipment.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates superior technical skills in avionics testing, troubleshooting and repair of aircraft systems.
Teaches installation and functional testing of electrical/avionics components per specifications.
Ensures quality and efficiency of installations; documents work and maintains logs.
