• Provides guidance and training to team members to support cross-training and safety standards.
• Oversees testing, repair, and installation quality to ensure defect-free aircraft.
• Maintains thorough daily logs and documentation of all work performed on aircraft.
• Coordinates with other disciplines to ensure compliance with engineering changes and modifications.
