Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of aircraft electrical systems, wiring practices, test equipment, and maintenance processes.
• Able to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and maintenance instructions; diagnose and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, modifications, and flight-test requirements into executable work assignments.
• Plan daily work based on priorities, qualifications, workload, and resources.
• Provide hands-on technical support and supervision to ensure safe, quality workmanship.
• Coach and evaluate technicians; address attendance and performance concerns.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training plans, and succession development.
