Job summary

Stratolaunch in Mojave, CA seeks an Aircraft Electrician Supervisor to lead a team responsible for troubleshooting, fabrication, installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of aircraft electrical systems. This hands-on leader translates flight-test priorities into safe daily work and drives workmanship and documentation.

Qualifications

At least 7 years of aircraft electrical troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Ability to read complex wiring diagrams and maintain records.
Commitment to safety, tool control, and process discipline.

Responsibilities

Coordinate maintenance tasks into executable work with clear priorities.
Lead daily work planning, briefs, and expectations.
Provide hands-on support and ensure trained personnel are authorized.
Coach, give feedback, and address performance concerns.
Support hiring, onboarding, and training plans; ensure traceability.
