Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 8+ years in embedded systems.
• Expertise in Altium multi‑layer PCB layouts for high‑speed signals.
• Architect ultra‑low‑noise avionics and payload bus integration.
• Hands‑on design of high‑power systems, BMS, and ESCs.
• Proven EMI/EMC mitigation and harness safety for harsh environments.
• Lab instrumentation (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers) and test automation.
• Experience driving rapid R&D prototypes through flight testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and lay out high‑performance PCBs for rugged aerospace conditions.
• Architect and integrate UAS avionics with controllers, power, sensors.
• Prototype and bring up hardware on the bench to accelerate transitions.
• Troubleshoot hardware‑software boundary issues with lab instruments.
• Conduct environmental and flight qualification testing for compliance.
• Support field tests and live deployments with hardware updates.
