Job summary

Three Saints Bay, LLC is seeking a Program Manager for Aviation Supply Support to lead a ~60-person team in a fluid, mission-critical environment. The role requires a SECRET clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and extensive program management experience in supply systems and logistics for government contracts.

You will coordinate with customers daily, provide status updates, and manage deployments, reports, and training plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15 years of related work experience including program manager duties in supply systems or logistics.
• SECRET Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customer to provide status and guidance; provides weekly updates and management support.
• Performs problem solving and management coordination for deployments, task orders, cost proposals, subcontract management, and training plans.
• Liaises with Marine Corps and other stakeholders; supports field team briefings and reporting.
• Oversees Mobile Node Operations, ATAC coordination, travel controls, warehouse lease management, and overseas personnel contacts.
