Job summary

OLH Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Program Manager with a Secret Clearance in Washington, DC to provide support with integrated logistics and property management services.

Position responsibilities include acting as single point of authority between Government and corporate management, overseeing schedules, budgets, and personnel, and developing a Task Order Management Plan (TOMP) while ensuring inventory control and real-time reporting via dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business management, information technology or related discipline is required.
• Minimum ten years of experience as a program manager delivering integrated logistics and property management.
• PMI PMP or equivalent or CSCP/CPIM/CPSM/CSCMP/CML programs or equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of authority interfacing between Government and corporate management.
• Oversee schedule, cost, budget, deliverables, production, and personnel requirements within Government contract standards and company policies.
• Manage personnel needs including hiring, onboarding, evaluation, and scheduling.
