Job summary

GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Program Manager in Charleston, SC to lead comprehensive project management, configuration management, QA, and systems engineering support for DoD programs.

The position requires fifteen years of technical C4ISR experience, eight years in program management, and five years managing MAGTF C2 initiatives, plus knowledge of FAR and DoD procurement policies. Collaboration with government leadership and partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, MIS, or Business. Must have Project or Program Management.
• Fifteen (15) years of technical experience in support of C4ISR software development/integration, including Equipment/ System/ Programmatic support.
• Eight (8) years of Program Management experience, including Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Acquisition Planning, and Budget Planning.
• Five (5) years as manager of MAGTF Command and Control (C2) programs. Experience may be simultaneous.
• Knowledge of FAR and DoD procurement policies and procedures.

Successful candidates will work closely with Government program leadership, technical teams, product leads, and external partners to support the full lifecycle of complex software and systems-development initiatives. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business. Must have Project or Program Management
• Professional Certification or Certified DAWIA Level 2 or 3 in Program Management. Experience:
• Fifteen (15) years of technical experience in support of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) software development / integration, to include: Equipment Support, System Support, and Programmatic Support.
• Eight (8) years of Program Management experience, to include: Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Acquisition Planning, and Budget Planning.
• Five (5) years as manager of Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Command and Control (C2) programs. Experience may be achieved simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
