Primera is seeking an experienced civil/transportation engineering leader to guide project teams on aviation-related assignments. You will provide technical direction, supervise staff and engage with clients and regulators to advance complex transportation projects.
The role emphasizes design accuracy, scheduling, budgeting, and the development of marketing materials and proposals to win new work while mentoring junior staff.
Competenze
- Bachelor's or master's degree in civil/transportation engineering or a related field.
- Licensed professional engineer and/or PMP certification.
Mansioni
- Design and review project components including airport/airfield design, drainage, pavement, roadway design, and utilities.
- Oversee work of others in preparing reports, plans, specifications, and permit documents.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, and manage projects to quality targets.
- Prepare project invoices and progress reports per client requirements.
- Develop marketing materials and proposals including RFPs, RFQs, and SOQs.
- Manage staff and subconsultants, mentor project staff.
- Meet with clients, regulators, and agencies to build professional relationships.
- Assist in development of new business through client meetings and promotional activities.
