Job summary

PMA Consultants is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large redevelopment programs at major airports. You will guide project delivery from feasibility to closeout, align with executive expectations, and drive governance frameworks that support strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities include directing multidisciplinary teams, aligning projects with business goals, and delivering metrics-driven results. Strong communication, aviation construction background, and proficiency with Primavera P6

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive project/program management in the AEC industry.
• Aviation construction experience is strongly preferred.
• Expertise in enterprise governance, program controls, and risk planning.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, planning and executive reporting.
• Understanding of construction processes, critical path, cost control and contracts.
• Proficient with project metrics, QA/QC and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project lifecycle stages from feasibility through closeout.
• Serve as strategic liaison to clients, landlords, legal teams, and regulators.
• Create governance frameworks and long-range delivery strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and integrate complex stakeholder ecosystems.
• Define KPIs, value realization, and earned value management.
• Drive issue resolution and governance across programs with minimal escalation.
• Oversee PMT performance and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Lead client meetings, write RFPs, and finalize contracts.
