Qualifications

• BA/BS + 10 years relevant aviation PM experience incl. leadership.
• Experience delivering airfield construction projects at commercial airports.
• Strong knowledge of FAA standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead airfield construction projects with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
• Coordinate with airport operators, contractors, and regulators.
• Manage phasing, look-ahead schedules, and constructability reviews.
• Oversee contractor performance and safety compliance.
• Mentor project staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
