Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Sr Program Manager to lead major U.S. airport development and capital improvement programs from Las Vegas, NV.

You will provide strategic direction, oversight, and leadership across planning, design, and construction, coordinating with airport authorities, multidisciplinary teams, and external partners to deliver complex aviation initiatives. You will drive program governance, track performance, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with client objectives while advancing

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field with 12+ years in aviation program management or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred and PMP or equivalent certification is desirable.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing executive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of large aviation development programs including planning, design, procurement, and construction.
• Provide executive-level leadership and strategic direction to technical teams.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risk registers, and cost forecasts.
• Lead stakeholder engagements with airport authorities and clients to align goals with regulatory requirements.
