Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Sr Program Manager to lead major U.S. airport development and capital improvement programs from Las Vegas, NV. You will steer planning, design, procurement and construction, coordinating with airport authorities, stakeholders and AECOM leadership to deliver complex aviation initiatives.

The role focuses on airside/landside programs, risk management, and ensuring alignment with client objectives while guiding multi-disciplinary teams to successful delivery.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and 12+ years of related experience in aviation program management; leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to pass airport-specific background checks and obtain badges/clearances.
• Master’s degree and PMP certification are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full program lifecycle for large aviation development programs (planning, design, procurement, construction).
• Provide executive-level leadership, governance, and strategy to project teams.
• Establish governance, reporting structures, and performance metrics for programs.
• Drive alignment between client goals, regulatory requirements, and project execution plans.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with airport authorities and senior leadership.
