Million Air in Houston seeks a Production Supervisor to lead aircraft maintenance activities under the DOM. You will ensure airworthiness, regulatory compliance, and efficient workflows to support operations and deliver exceptional customer service.

The role requires 8–10 years of aviation maintenance experience with 3–5 years in supervision, plus FAA Part 43/135/145 knowledge and Corridor experience. Full-time on-site position with benefits and potential overtime.

Qualifikationen

• FAA A&P license with active status and applicable certifications.
• 8–10 years of aviation maintenance experience in a regulatory environment.
• 3–5 years in a supervisory or lead role overseeing teams.
• Working knowledge of FAA Part 43, Part 135 and Part 145 regulations.
• Experience using maintenance tracking software (e.g., Corridor).
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Ensure maintenance activities comply with FAA regulations and company manuals.
• Supervise workforce, coordinate workflow, and manage production schedules.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Parts, and other departments to align activities.
• Maintain readiness of hangar, ramp, and GSE for authorized work.
• Monitor documentation, logbooks, and work orders for accuracy.
• Support audits, safety initiatives, and training programs.
