AV8 MRO seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day production and procurement at the Houston facility. You will ensure safe, efficient operations aligned with FAA/EASA requirements, drive continuous improvement, and balance customer priorities with workforce capacity.

You will mentor supervisors, manage schedules, and collaborate across Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to deliver on-time performance and excellence in aerospace repair operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing or aerospace operations experience.
• Demonstrated success leading teams of 20+ employees.
• Experience with FAA Part 145 or EASA environment preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and change-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily production operations across receiving, teardown, machining, plating, inspection, assembly, testing, painting, and shipping.
• Establish and communicate production priorities, schedules, and performance expectations.
• Balance labor, materials, and capacity to optimize performance and meet deadlines.
• Oversee procurement of parts and outside processing to support production schedules.
• Coach and develop supervisors and production personnel; promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
