Job summary

Bridger Aerospace, based in Belgrade, MT, seeks a Maintenance Planning Manager to lead the fleet maintenance planning function and ensure aircraft availability for operations and contractual commitments. The role develops and oversees comprehensive maintenance plans, including inspections, overhauls, NDT, and regulatory compliance, with cross-functional collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years aviation maintenance experience and A&P certification preferred.
• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems.
• Experience with maintenance-tracking software such as WinAir and Veryon.
• Must pass criminal background check and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage scheduled maintenance plans for Bridger Fleet to ensure year-round availability.
• Incorporate overhauls, life-limited components, inspections and regulatory requirements into schedules.
• Coordinate with Flight Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Finance to align schedules and budgets.
• Monitor labor hours, staffing, and training needs; adjust plans for shifting priorities.
• Lead maintenance status meetings and prepare management summaries.
