Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Technical Advisor to lead integrated ISR solutions and ensure cross‑functional teams deliver high‑impact engineering and integration for aviation platforms. The role emphasizes strategic technical leadership, architectural oversight, and real‑time data- and decision-support across domains.

The candidate will guide architecture, data interoperability, and secure environments, with a focus on DoD aviation programs, AI/ML capabilities, and platform integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 10–15 years of direct experience with government engineering/integration, preferably Army.
• Direct experience managing aviation and product development projects for DoD aviation (hardware and software).
• Exposure to model-based systems engineering and human-systems integration.
• Experience with agile development lifecycle.
• Experience with ISR architecture infrastructure including Space, Aerial, and Ground.
• Recent experience with AI/ML for sensor fusion and actionable intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as chief technical authority for strategic planning and solution delivery across engineering domains.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, data-driven technology solutions on time and within scope.
• Oversee system architecture, platform integration, data interoperability, and multi-vendor environments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet real‑world mission requirements and performance criteria.
• Mentor multi‑discipline engineers and technicians and ensure alignment with contractual requirements.
