Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Aviation Engineering Project Manager to lead planning, design, and delivery of airside, landside, and facility projects in Boston, Providence, Burlington or Norwell.

10+ years progressive engineering experience with 2+ years in project management.

Responsibilities

Manage airside, landside, and facility aviation projects from planning through implementation.
Oversee scope, budget, schedule, and client satisfaction across projects.
Coordinate contracts, technical documentation, and collaboration with regulators and subcontractors.
Drive financial performance with budgeting, forecasting, and progress reviews.
Develop and implement health and safety plans; ensure QA/QC and regulatory compliance.
Communicate project status and technical findings clearly to clients and teams.
