Qualifications

• 12+ years of electrical engineering design in building services/construction.
• 10+ years of aviation experience.
• Proven ability to manage scope, budgets, schedules and resources.
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and project leadership on complex aviation projects.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships for aviation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with FAA requirements and airport operating constraints.
• Lead and mentor project teams to deliver high-quality designs.
• Monitor project finances and resourcing to meet deadlines.
