Job summary

Gulfstream seeks a Customer Technical Manager to act as the primary Gulfstream representative for customer interactions and complex support events across Gulfstream model aircraft maintenance and operations. This role requires travel to Gulfstream/AWRF facilities and remote sites to coordinate services and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Aviation Maintenance, or Engineering Tech or equivalent.
• 10 years of related aircraft maintenance or operations experience.
• 3 years maintenance or operations experience with Gulfstream models (GV/G550/G450, GIV, GII/GIII, G100, G200).
• Supervisory or Management experience.
• A&P license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer support issues under senior leadership guidance.
• Travel to Gulfstream/AWRF facilities or remote locations to coordinate support for complex events.
• Coordinate with facilities to support Managed Programs and Reliability Enhancement events.
• Oversee escalated customer issues and maintenance projects.
• Develop programs to prevent aircraft downtime aligned with Customer Support priorities.
• Administer customer satisfaction and warranty advocacy for escalated events.
• Provide written and verbal communications across customer organizations.
• Provide remote Technical Operations support when not on complex AOG events.
• Author, maintain, and edit Customer Technical Manager SOPs.
