Job summary

Gulfstream seeks a Technical Operations Specialist II to serve as the primary liaison for customers and internal teams, advising on installation, service, repair, and maintenance of Gulfstream aircraft systems and support equipment. You will support troubleshooting and drive continuous improvement of technical support processes.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree in aviation maintenance or related field, plus 5 years of aircraft maintenance/operations experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5 years aircraft maintenance/operations experience.
• A&P license or EASA cert may offset degree requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responds to in-flight emergencies by coordinating resources and providing technical guidance.
• Interprets maintenance requirements and provides technical consultation to customers and internal teams.
• Develops troubleshooting plans for operator/aircraft needs and guides plan execution to Return To Service.
