Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace in Savannah, GA seeks a Customer Technical Manager to lead complex customer support events for Gulfstream fleet maintenance and operations.

You will coordinate with global teams, manage budgets, schedules, and resources, and drive root-cause analyses and corrective actions. The role demands deep aircraft systems knowledge and strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Aviation Maintenance, or Engineering Technology; 10+ years in aircraft maintenance or operations.
• Minimum 3 years with Gulfstream models GV/G550/G450, GIV, GII/GIII, G100, G200; supervisory/management experience.
• A&P license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues related to Gulfstream fleet aircraft maintenance, operations, and programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to determine root cause and corrective actions.
• Coordinate and communicate with Customer Support and Production areas and regional teams.
• Travel to Gulfstream/AWRF facilities or remote locations as project manager for complex events.
• Provide remote Technical Operations support when not supporting complex AOG events.
