Job summary

Invenergy LLC is seeking a seasoned AVEVA PI System expert to lead data integration and system modernization across OT platforms. The role focuses on configuring PI components, ensuring data availability, and driving reliability for large-scale energy infrastructure.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of PI environment administration, strong .NET, PowerShell, and Python skills, and experience with enterprise networking. This hybrid role offers competitive base pay and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Five+ years administering enterprise-scale AVEVA PI environments including Data Archives, PI Collectives, AF, Interfaces, Connectors, Adapters, AVEVA Connect, PI Web API, and PI Vision.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts, including identifying and troubleshooting communication issues.
• Proficiency with programming and scripting languages such as .NET, PowerShell, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for OT systems, focusing on the AVEVA PI System and data integrations.
• Configure and maintain data collection into the AVEVA PI System from OT platforms like SCADA, DCS, RTUs, PLCs.
• Investigate, evaluate, and integrate complex OT systems with the PI System.
• Lead efforts to improve PI System architecture, data integrations, and platform reliability.
• Develop automation for system maintenance and custom telemetry feeds using Python, PowerShell, and .NET.
• Maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions and integrations.
