Qualifications

8+ years implementing Avaya Aura engagements in a medium to large organization.
Hands-on maintenance of Avaya gateways (G450/G430/G350, G650) and system components.
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on deployment of Avaya Aura end to end across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.
Own day-to-day technical delivery including configuration, integration, testing, and cutover.
Perform discovery of telephony environments and gather requirements for Avaya Aura servers.
Configure dial plans, SBC, and remote worker capabilities across platforms including iOS/Android/Windows/WebRTC.
Lead certificate implementation and licensing for the Avaya Aura stack.
Integrate Avaya with non-Avaya systems and support CCaaS and AI-enabled capabilities.
Validate connectivity and develop acceptance test plans for the environment.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to delivery standards.
