hyrusinc in Washington, DC is seeking an AV Technician - Mid to provide front-end AV/VTC support for the Leidos SEC ISS contract at the SEC HQ. This on-site role ensures conference rooms, auditoriums, and multipurpose spaces remain operational for meetings and live events.

You will configure and maintain AV hardware, support Webex and MS Teams, assist with live broadcasts and post-production editing, and create end-user training materials to sustain high service quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years enterprise front-end AV/VTC support and troubleshooting.
• 3+ years live broadcast production, streaming and post-production video editing.
• 3+ years Unified Communications / Collaboration support (Webex & MS Teams).
• 3+ years Technical training and documentation development.

Responsabilités

• Inspect, configure, deploy, and maintain AV/VTC hardware and software across spaces.
• Manage setups, relocations, and readiness checks of room systems.
• Troubleshoot AV/VTC incidents to restore room functionality quickly.
• Support Cisco Webex and MS Teams hybrid meetings, incl. connectivity and AV performance.
• Support live broadcast and event production, including webcasting and captioning services.
• Edit post-production video for recorded sessions into final assets.
• Create user training materials and job aids to reduce recurring incidents.
