Job summary

Quantum Sky is seeking a Senior Level Audio-Visual/Multimedia Engineer to join a team supporting a mission-critical government customer. You will perform full lifecycle AV/MM engineering, design, installation, and maintenance while providing UC architecture and engineering services.

You will lead projects, coordinate hardware installations across multiple sites, and train government customers in AV/MM use. Clearance TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required; four years AV/MM experience may substitute for a degree for a total of nine years of experience.
• Five years' experience in VidCAD or other CAD programs within the past seven years.
• CTS certification (Technology Specialist) and/or CTS-Installation/CTS-Design training.
• Minimum 10 years' experience Crestron programming within the last 15 years.
• Minimum three years' experience leading AV/MM Engineers on scheduling, project management, consultation, and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operational guides for AV/MM systems.
• Train government customers in proper use of AV/MM systems.
• Support implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of AV/MM systems.
• Provide Tier I Help Desk support for AV/MM issues.
• Coordinate hardware installations across multiple sites.
• Develop AVMM installation schedules and cost proposals.
• Interpret drawings and specifications for AV/MM designs.
• Design and document AV/MM systems including VTC and digital signage.
• Organize and direct hardware installations across sites.
