Job summary

Biamp is seeking a Senior Customer Training Coordinator to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for AV professionals in Plano, TX. The role encompasses curriculum development, multimedia content creation, and hands-on training sessions.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, apply instructional design principles, and ensure content aligns with industry best practices. Occasional travel for in-person sessions is required, with a focus on participant-centered

Qualifications

Experience designing and delivering training programs in the AV industry.
Proven ability to create curricula for varied expertise levels.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learner-centered approaches.

Responsibilities

Design and organize training curricula and materials.
Develop engaging content (presentations, manuals, online resources, hands-on exercises).
Create multimedia modules (videos, audio, graphics) to support learning.
Deliver in-person and online training sessions and workshops.
Assess training effectiveness and collect feedback for improvement.
Coordinate LMS content deployment and track participation.
