Job summary
Biamp Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Training Coordinator to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for audio/video professionals. You will craft curricula, develop engaging materials, and ensure content aligns with industry best practices while delivering both in-person and online sessions.
You will apply instructional design principles, create multimedia content, and collaborate with subject matter experts to measure impact and continuously improve training quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus but not required.
- 3+ years of experience designing and delivering training in the audio/video or related industries.
- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in audio/video editing software and multimedia authoring tools.
- Experience with LMS and multiple delivery modalities (in-person/online).
Responsibilities
- Develop curricula and training materials for various levels.
- Lead in-person and online training sessions and workshops.
- Assess training effectiveness and collect feedback.
- Coordinate logistics for trainings and travel as needed.
- Collaborate with SMEs and tech teams to integrate content into LMS.
