In this role, you will be responsible for developing, organizing, and delivering training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of professionals working in the audio video sector. As a Senior Training Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our industry professionals are equipped with the latest techniques, best practices, and technological advancements.**How you’ll contribute:*** Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and design comprehensive curricula for various levels of expertise in the audio video industry* Develop comprehensive training materials, courses, and programs tailored to the needs of professionals in the audio video industry. Create engaging content, including presentations, manuals, online resources, and hands-on exercises* Develop engaging and interactive educational materials, including written content, videos, audio recordings, presentations, and interactive modules* Apply instructional design principles to structure and sequence learning content, ensuring effective learning outcomes and engagement* Utilize your technical skills to produce high-quality audio and video content, including editing, mixing, and enhancing raw media files* Incorporate visual elements, such as graphics, animations, and illustrations, to enhance the overall learning experience* Collaborate with the technology team to integrate content into the Learning Management System and ensure seamless user experience* Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and online. Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and technologies to deliver impactful training experiences* Develop and administer assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders and use the data to continuously improve the quality of training* Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant attendance, and evaluation results.
