In this role, you will be responsible for developing, organizing, and delivering training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of professionals working in the audio video sector. As a Senior Training Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our industry professionals are equipped with the latest techniques, best practices, and technological advancements.How you’ll contribute:Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and design comprehensive curricula for various levels of expertise in the audio video industryDevelop comprehensive training materials, courses, and programs tailored to the needs of professionals in the audio video industry. Create engaging content, including presentations, manuals, online resources, and hands-on exercisesDevelop engaging and interactive educational materials, including written content, videos, audio recordings, presentations, and interactive modulesApply instructional design principles to structure and sequence learning content, ensuring effective learning outcomes and engagementUtilize your technical skills to produce high-quality audio and video content, including editing, mixing, and enhancing raw media filesIncorporate visual elements, such as graphics, animations, and illustrations, to enhance the overall learning experienceCollaborate with the technology team to integrate content into the Learning Management System and ensure seamless user experienceConduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and online. Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and technologies to deliver impactful training experiencesDevelop and administer assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders and use the data to continuously improve the quality of trainingMaintain accurate records of training activities, participant attendance, and evaluation results.
