Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold an Active Secret Clearance or be eligible for one.
• 5 years of AV systems programming & troubleshooting.
• Experience with Shure MXA920 is required or preferred.
• Crestron and AMX control certifications are required or preferred.
• Excellent communication with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Program audio, video, control and related devices for complete systems.
• Respond to trouble calls promptly and document issues.
• Create and update customer files and reports on progress.
• Collaborate with internal staff and external stakeholders.
• Plan maintenance schedules and perform routine system checks.
• Travel to various job sites as needed.
