Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking an Audiovisual Technician III to lead AV initiatives, install and support complex systems, and mentor junior staff. The role requires advanced AV knowledge, multiple certifications, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver reliable AV solutions for casino events.

Qualifications include 5+ years in AV implementation/support, an associate degree or equivalent, Q-Sys certification, and Dante networking credentials; CCNA/CTS

Competenze

• 5+ years’ experience Audio / Visual Implementation / Support (Advanced) / Installation / Troubleshooting / Repairs.
• Associate’s degree or its equivalent and/or 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Q-Sys certification required.
• Dante Level 1 & 2 level certification required.
• Dante level 3 required within 6 months.
• Avnu Certification required within 6 months.
• Cisco experience preferred, CCNA certification a plus.
• ICIA CTS certification is preferred.
• Requires well developed written and verbal communications skills.

Mansioni

• Lead and mentor AV tech I/II; provide expertise and training.
• Strategic planning for all in-house AV systems and projects.
• Design and deliver innovative AV solutions with business units.
• Install / Maintain AV equipment to ensure high uptime.
• Coordinate with vendors, production, and design teams for maintenance and service.
• Create documentation and training programs for end users.
• Troubleshoot and repair AV systems independently when needed.
• Attend required training for applicable technologies.
