Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking an AV Enterprise Production technician to provide end-to-end event and broadcast support for client collaborations, with emphasis on streaming and hybrid experiences. You will operate AV gear, run Zoom webinars, troubleshoot live audio/video, set up equipment, and coordinate with in-house teams to ensure seamless events.

• Hands-on experience with AV production and live event support.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform on-site maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate AV production equipment for events and meetings.
• Manage end-to-end technical support for internal and external events.
• Run and moderate Zoom webinars and meetings for hybrid attendees.
• Troubleshoot live audio and video issues in real time.
• Test equipment, perform pre-event checks, and maintain inventory.
