Job summary

FORTÉ, a 50+ year employee-owned company, seeks a senior Audiovisual Support Engineer for our Enterprise client. You will design, implement, and support complex AV systems across boardrooms, auditoriums, and conferencing suites, ensuring seamless integration with IT networks.

You will lead projects, troubleshoot advanced issues, mentor Level 1/2 technicians, and collaborate with IT and vendors. Certifications such as CTS/CCNA preferred; strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and supporting large-scale AV systems.
• CTS/CTS-I/CTS-D or CCNA preferred.
• Ability to mentor Level 1/2 technicians.
• Strong AV networking and IT integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and configure comprehensive AV systems.
• Troubleshoot and setup for events and daily operations.
• Lead large-scale projects and optimize AV performance.
• Mentor junior technicians and manage escalations.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams for integration.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement.
• Establish preventative maintenance and document procedures.
