Job summary

FORTÉ is seeking an AV service technician to diagnose and resolve technical issues with AV systems at customer sites. You will provide hands-on technical support and training on operation and functionality of equipment, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

You will document service procedures, collaborate with teammates to meet project deadlines, and travel to customer sites as needed. CTS certification is preferred, and experience with Crestron/Biamp/Q-SYS is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in the service or installation of AV systems.
• Ability to load code and DSP files including Crestron, BIAMP, and Q-SYS.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• CTS certification preferred but not required with the right experience.
• Excellent communication with a customer-service approach.

Responsibilities
