Loyal Source in Chantilly, VA is seeking two experienced Project Managers to oversee AV integration and related low-voltage/construction projects. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and client coordination from kickoff through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in PM roles, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A valid driver's license and field-work readiness are required.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6+ years of experience in a Project Manager role or similar.
• Experience managing construction, AV integration, low-voltage, security, or technology projects.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in field environments and outdoor conditions as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and communicate project scope, schedules, budgets, and system designs to clients, operations teams, and management.
• Manage projects through all phases, including planning, execution, installation, and closeout.
• Coordinate equipment ordering, staging, job costing, and project documentation.
• Track project schedules, costs, and progress to ensure successful completion within budget and timeline requirements.
• Oversee technicians and field personnel, ensuring work is completed safely and accurately.
• Manage customer communications, change orders, progress updates, and project closeout activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project performance, review timesheets, and support staff development and training.
• Anticipate project challenges and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
• Maintain professionalism and leadership in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
