Job summary

Instrata Technologies, LLC. is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead Division 27/28 projects in Virginia Beach and surrounding markets.

You’ll coordinate multi-discipline teams, manage schedules, budgets, submittals, and QA/QC to deliver safe, high-quality infrastructure deployments. Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of construction project experience in low-voltage systems, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Smartsheet, Procore, Bluebeam, MS

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience managing large-scale low-voltage or mission-critical construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications preferred: RTPM, PMP, BICSI Technician, or RCDD.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Division 27/28 projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Oversee scheduling, budgets, submittals, and resource planning across AV, security, and telecom scopes.
• Coach and develop junior project managers and field leaders.
• Review engineered drawings, RFIs, submittals, and QA/QC deliverables against standards.
