Job summary

Conference Technologies is seeking an AV Project Manager in Springfield/Chicopee, MA to oversee end-to-end AV integration projects. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical operations, manage timelines, budgets, and documentation, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

You should bring at least 5 years in AV installation and project management, an Associate degree (preferred), strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to lead teams across

Qualifications

• A/V Install and Project Management: At least 5 years in AV installation and project management.
• Education: An Associate degree is preferred but not required; experience considered.
• Customer service experience is a must and highly valued by CTI.
• Strong attitude and aptitude; able to learn quickly and tackle diverse situations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical operations staff.
• Manage project timelines, specifications, and budgets while ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and motivate project teams, oversee training and performance, and delegate tasks effectively.
• Support national account projects and coordination.
• Oversee multiple job sites across various locations simultaneously.
• Assist AV installation teams with project execution, including installation, programming, and punch list completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project success.
