Marshall Industries, an employee-owned company in the Audio/Video integration industry since 1975, is seeking a Project Manager for its St George/Hurricane, UT operations. The role focuses on managing multiple AV projects from pre-install planning to closeout, coordinating with customers, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in design, finance, and management within AV installations, with strong communication

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in design, finance, and management for low voltage AV installations.
• Ability to assist with system design as needed.
• PMP/PSP certifications not required but beneficial.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with estimating staff to ensure competitive bids.
• Evaluate scope, assess risks, and plan projects.
• Plan, organize and staff key project positions through department heads.
• Manage multiple AV and communications projects concurrently.
• Coordinate with prime client and A/E contacts for scheduling and progress.
