Job summary

Marshall Industries is seeking a Lead Audio Video Installation Technician to join our Denver/Aurora, CO team. You will lead installation projects, coordinate crews, and ensure safety and high quality standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years as a lead tech on commercial AV projects and 3+ years installing AV systems, with DSP programming experience (BSS/Biamp/Q-SYS). A valid US driver’s license is required and some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading commercial AV installation projects.
• 3+ years installing/servicing commercial AV systems.
• 2+ years of audio DSP programming with BSS/Biamp/Q-SYS.
• CTS certification is a plus but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and implement project tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work activities and guide the installation crew.
• Pull cable and assist with cable installation activities.
• Wire and install hardware while providing technical guidance.
• Operate cable testing equipment.
• Lead the team to meet project deadlines and safety standards.
• Communicate progress and issues to management.
