Job summary

FORTÉ is seeking an on-site AV installation professional in Tampa to install audio, video, and presentation systems, including cabling. You will collaborate with design engineers and project managers to plan, integrate, test, and obtain customer acceptance within budget and schedule.

Responsibilities include on-site surveys, issue resolution, and ensuring installations match project diagrams. Candidates should read blueprints, work independently, and communicate effectively with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in service or installation of audio, video, and presentation systems.
• Ability to read building blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to work independently and interact with customers professionally.
• Good communication, leadership and customer relation skills.
• Training in electronics and basic computer literacy preferred; CTS/CTS-I preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers the installation of audio, video, electronic communications, presentation systems equipment, cabling and terminations.
• Collaborate with Design Engineers and Project Managers to lead planning, integration, testing, and customer acceptance within time and budget.
• Conduct on-site surveys and resolve needs or problems.
• Interpret project documentation and ensure installation is completed as documented.
