Job summary

FORTÉ, Inc. in Sterling, VA, is hiring an AV installation specialist to deploy and commission audio, video, and presentation systems at customer sites.

You will collaborate with Design Engineers and Project Managers to plan, test, and deliver installations within project budgets, perform on-site surveys, and interpret system diagrams to ensure work matches documented plans. CTS certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in service or installation of AV/presentation systems.
• Ability to read building blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Training in electronics or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission AV systems on customer sites.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet scope, time, budget.
• Perform on-site surveys and address issues.
• Interpret system diagrams and ensure installation matches documents.
