Job summary

FORTÉ in Seattle is seeking an AV installation technician to install audio, video, and presentation systems, run cabling, and terminate connections on customer sites.

You will work with design engineers and project managers to plan, integrate, test, and deliver projects within time and budget, perform on-site surveys, read blueprints and system diagrams, and communicate clearly with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Experience with service or installation of audio, video, and/or audiovisual and presentation systems.
• Ability to read building blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Proven ability to work independently and professionally with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Install audio, video, and presentation systems and related cabling and terminations on customer sites.
• Collaborate with Design Engineers and Project Managers to plan, integrate, test, and complete projects within time and budget parameters.
• Conduct on-site surveys and resolve needs or problems.
• Interpret project documentation and ensure installation aligns with the documented systems.
