Job summary

EOS is seeking a Senior Program Operations Manager in Fremont, CA to lead hands-on execution and program administration for a defined AV and collaboration program. You will work with the client Service Manager, own day-to-day operational details, coordinate logistics, track progress, and ensure alignment with scope, standards and timelines.

You will manage planning and governance, financial reporting, and reporting packs, producing dashboards for the EOS Service Delivery Manager, surfacing risks

Qualifications

• 4 years of operational management experience in AV/conferencing environments.
• Bachelor's degree; PMP or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency with project management software to coordinate workstreams and timelines.
• Strong leadership, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day execution partner, interpreting scope and plan and coordinating activities.
• Support EOS Service Delivery Manager and client team to focus on decisions and KPIs.
• Maintain plans, trackers, and reporting to keep everything current.
