Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Operations Manager to lead hands-on execution and program administration, coordinating logistics, tracking progress, and surfacing risks to keep the client project on scope and schedule.

The role requires 4+ years in operational management in AV/technical environments, a Bachelor's degree, PMP certification, and strong leadership and budgeting skills. You will drive governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across multiple active projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of operational management experience in AV/construction/technical environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency with project management software for coordinating workstreams and timelines.
• Strong leadership with vendor/delivery resources management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced business needs.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience developing strategic plans for AV managed services.
• Familiar with forecasting, budget reporting, and KPIs such as on-time delivery and forecast accuracy.
• Experience driving operational excellence through process optimization and new technologies.
