Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in AV production, event management, or related field.
• Proven experience managing large-scale AV productions or live events.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and project-coordination skills.
• Proficiency in AV and event management software; IntelliEvent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact throughout the production lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain Critical Path with the client for Blue Diamond commitments.
• Prepare room diagrams, scenic layouts, rigging plots, and deliver within 4 days.
