Job summary

Shepard is seeking a Production Manager, Audio Visual (AV) to lead planning, coordination, and execution of all AV and production requirements. You will ensure high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, and strong client engagement across multiple events.

Responsibilities include acting as the main client liaison, managing the Critical Path, coordinating room diagrams, collaborating with SES and vendors, and overseeing budgets and labor costs to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in AV production, events, or related field.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage large-scale productions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with AV/event management software; IntelliEvent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact through production lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain project Critical Path with clients.
• Coordinate planning, room diagrams, and schematics; deliver within deadlines.
• Manage on-site briefings and ensure team adherence to standards.
• Oversee budget, labor, and vendor markups for each project.
