Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 9+ years of AV experience; degree may be supplemented by additional relevant experience.
• 5+ years in AV with at least 2 years in lead or supervisory role.
• Experience in federal, government, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise AV systems and security/compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and technical execution of federal meetings and hybrid productions.
• Supervise AV staff; mentor technicians to ensure high-quality service.
• Serve as primary liaison between AV operations and FDIC stakeholders.
• Oversee full lifecycle of AV projects from design to testing and support.
• Ensure all deployments meet federal security, compliance, and operational standards.
• Manage, configure, and maintain enterprise AV systems (Crestron, Q-SYS, Dante, Biamp, Shure).
• Support Teams Rooms and Zoom environments for hybrid/virtual events.
• Troubleshoot complex AV/network issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Develop SOPs for AV operations and event support; maintain inventory and procurement.
