Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential or commercial AV integration experience.
• Experience leading technicians and projects.
• Strong programming and troubleshooting abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and professional communication skills.

• Ability to read plans and execute projects independently.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background screening.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and commercial AV installations from rough-in through final commissioning.
• Program and configure automation and control systems.
• Install, build, and lace equipment racks to industry standards.
• Configure and troubleshoot advanced networks and connected devices.
• Diagnose complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and support to field technicians.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain documentation, labeling, and quality control standards.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to elevate team performance.
• Deliver a professional, white-glove customer experience on every project.
